Strategic Partnership Proposal
Dear Bitbon System Participants,
On June 18, 2024, the First Bitbon System Operator[i] received a current proposal from GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC. This proposal is related to the implementation of the marketing strategy, development and promotion of the Bitbon System start-up through the ERBB service[i] in the cryptocommunity. Having studied the proposal from GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC, the First Bitbon System Operator decided to consider the possibility of using the resources of the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund[i] as well as to initiate corresponding voting among Bitbon System Participants[i].
When making a decision related to the proposal, it is important to take into account that the Bitbon System Community owns the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund, which was created, among other things, for the Bitbon System[i] development. Moreover, during the transition period, the First Operator manages this Fund in the interests of all Bitbon System Users[i].
Based on the above, in order to make a decision that will reflect and record the will of Bitbon System Participants, we propose that the Community vote on a complete package that contains the following items:
1. Adopt and approve the voting regulations (procedures) of Bitbon System Participants regarding the use of resources of the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund to make a decision on the proposal of GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC dated June 18, 2024, aimed at developing and promoting the Bitbon System through the ERBB service in the cryptocommunity.
2. Instruct the First Bitbon System Operator to organize and conduct voting on all items related to the proposal and the use of resources of the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund.
3. Approve the use of resources of the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund and grant the First Operator, on behalf of the Bitbon System Community, the right to allocate 9,051,999 Bitbon units[i] from the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund for further development and promotion of the Bitbon System through the ERBB service.
4. Grant the First Operator the right to conclude a corresponding strategic partnership (cooperation) agreement with GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC for the purpose of developing and promoting the Bitbon System on the terms of the received proposal.
5. Grant the First Operator the right to transfer 9,051,999 Bitbon units from the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund to a special Assetbox[i] of the First Operator, with their subsequent direct transformation through the ERBB service in favor of GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC.
6. Draw up a strategic partnership (cooperation) agreement indicating a specific contractor (counterparty) that will implement the marketing strategy, stipulate the possibility of attracting an additional contractor (contractors) to fulfill obligations to implement the marketing strategy, with the possibility of replacing them with other contractors and/or supplementing their number, as well as making necessary changes and/or additions to the agreement at the discretion and initiative of the First Bitbon System Operator.
7. Grant the First Operator the right to inform the Bitbon System Community about the progress and results of the implementation of the Bitbon System start-up’s marketing strategy using the involved units of the ERBB token, at least once every three calendar months by publishing the relevant information on the official information resources of the Bitbon System[i].
Thus, we invite all Bitbon System Participants to read the proposed agenda, the voting regulations (procedure) and take part in open voting. Each Participant will be able to vote for a complete package of agenda items, choosing the “For” option if you support all the agenda items as a whole, or the “Against” option if you do not support all the agenda items as a whole.

We would like to note that the proposal received from GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC is aimed at promoting and popularizing the Bitbon System start-up in the interests of all Bitbon System Participants.
