The Bitbon System Development
Dear Bitbon System Participants,
Following the publication of the news about the address of GLOBAL DAM COMPUTER SOFTWARE TRADING CO. LLC to the First Bitbon System Operator[i] regarding the mechanism for returning previously allocated resources for the implementation of the marketing strategy to the Bitbon System Capitalization Fund[i], a number of initiatives and commercial proposals were received by the First Bitbon System Operator. These proposals are aimed at promoting the Bitbon System, attracting new Users[i] and conducting various marketing events related to the development of the Bitbon System Community.
The First Bitbon System Operator, ensuring the processes of development and maintenance of the Bitbon System infrastructure[i], as well as the formation and development of the Bitbon System Community, understands the importance and necessity of performing the proposed marketing activities, especially while preparing for the commercial launch of the Bitbon System.
Having studied the received proposals, the First Bitbon System Operator decided to consider the possibility of using Bitbon units from a special Assetbox of the First Operator in order to ensure the launch of Bitbon System Operators, to conduct marketing activities aimed at the active development of the Community and promotion of the Bitbon System, as well as to initiate corresponding voting in this regard among Bitbon System Participantsn[i].
Based on the above, in order to make a decision that will reflect and record the expression of will of Bitbon System Participants, we propose that the Community vote on a complete package of items that contains the following items:
- Adopt and approve the Regulations (procedure) for voting of Bitbon System Participants on granting the First Bitbon System Operator the right to use Bitbon units from the special Assetbox of the First Operator 0x1ed40dd09eea50ad75bc81b444299c14280eb99a, the resources of which were formed in accordance with the Final Voting Protocol of Bitbon System Participants dated July 1, 2024.
- Instruct the First Bitbon System Operator to organize and conduct voting on all agenda items by Bitbon System Participants.
- Approve and instruct the First Operator on behalf of the Bitbon System Community to return all Bitbon units transformed via the ERBB service[i] in accordance with the Final Voting Protocol of Bitbon System Participants dated July 1, 2024 to the special Assetbox of the First Operator 0x1ed40dd09eea50ad75bc81b444299c14280eb99a.
- Approve the use of resources by the First Bitbon System Operator from the special Assetbox of the First Operator 0x1ed40dd09eea50ad75bc81b444299c14280eb99a in order to ensure the launch of Bitbon System Operators, attract new Bitbon System Users, promote the Bitbon System and perform other marketing activities aimed at the development of the Community and the Bitbon System as a whole.
- Grant the First Bitbon System Operator the right to use and dispose of all Bitbon units from the First Operator’s special Assetbox 0x1ed40dd09eea50ad75bc81b444299c14280eb99a at its sole discretion, in accordance with the established purposes and in the interest of the Bitbon System Community.
Therefore, we invite all Bitbon System Participants[i] to view the proposed agenda, the voting regulations (procedure) and take part in open voting. Any Bitbon System User who has the status and role of a Bitbon System Participant as of 09:00 UTC on May 14, 2025 may take part in voting.
Each Participant will be able to vote for the complete package of agenda items by choosing the “For” option if they support all the agenda items as a whole, or the “Against” option if they do not support all the agenda items as a whole.
