In order to connect to providing, the verification level of the User’s account in the Bitbon System must correspond to the “Personal” ID Passport category or higher.

In order to connect to providing in the role of a Registrator, a Bitbon System User needs to make a transfer of 0.0001 Bitbon units from the Assetbox he/she selected with the comment /providing to the Assetbox address of the Registrator whose pool he/she wants to connect to in the “Transfers” section on the “Assets” page on the One Space website. When making a transfer, you do not need to indicate a protection code. Connecting Assetbox to providing may take some time. After processing the connection operation, a corresponding icon will appear on the plate of such an Assetbox. The Assetbox will become searchable in the Registrator’s dashboard, and this User will be able to perform his/her activities in the role of a Registrator.

Please note that only one Assetbox can be connected to the Registrator pool.

If you, as a Registrator, do not accept transactions with remuneration for participation in providing within 5 providing periods, your participation in providing will be suspended. To do this, during the 6th providing period from the moment the Registrator last accepted a transaction with remuneration for participation in providing, a transaction of 0.00000001 Bitbon units with the comment /suspend_providing will be automatically sent to the Assetbox of the pool of such Registrator from the Assetbox of the providing fund.

To resume the participation of the Assetbox of the Registrator pool in providing, you need to make a transaction from such an Assetbox to transfer 0.0001 Bitbon units with the comment /restart_providing to the Assetbox address of the providing fund 0x82ccf67061e2f11c3a317f2799ec0b119e96b5b0.

Please note that to participate in providing, the Assetbox balance must be no lower than 0.001 bitbons. Assetbox with a balance of less than 0.001 bitbons does not participate in providing and does not receive remuneration.

Icon is a graphic identifier for your Assetbox. You can additionally upload a graphic image to your Assetbox, which will serve as an additional graphic identifier for you and other Bitbon System Users.

Info is additional information about your Assetbox that you can specify on your own. At the same time, you can provide this information for other Bitbon System Users or leave it simply as an additional comment to your Assetbox.

To improve security of Bitbon unit transfers between Bitbon System Users, our specialists have developed additional functionality — the BTSC (Bitbon Transfer Security Code). This code is intended to provide an additional level of protection and is used by the system to confirm authenticity of transfers during their creation. Thus, additional protection and safety of your bitbons in all your Assetboxes is provided. To start using the BTSC, you need to create and set it in the “Security Settings” section.

In the future, when you initiate operations to transfer Bitbon units to other Users, you will need to indicate the created BTSC as an additional confirmation of the transactions being carried out. Accordingly, the use of an additional personal security code will eliminate the possibility of unauthorized access to the use of Bitbon units in your Assetboxes.

Protection code is a parameter intended to provide additional security and data safety when making transfers. This parameter is a set of digits from 3 to 10 characters. After entering the received protection code, the recipient will be able to accept your transfer. Please note that you have three attempts to enter the protection code.

To increase the level of security of your account data, you can use the two-factor authentication (2FA). Essentially, two-factor authentication is a security method that uses 2 levels (factors) of verification to grant access to your account:

1^st factor — Space ID and password;

2^nd factor — temporary code that only you know.

Thus, 2FA provides a high level of security, since to log in to your account you need to enter not only the Space ID and password of your account, but also a one-time temporary code that is generated using the standard Google Authenticator application installed on your mobile device. Therefore, even if your password becomes known to someone, attackers will not be able to access the personal data of your account without having access to your smartphone.

You can increase the level of protection of your account and the digital assets contained in it, as well as personal information, by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). To do this, go to the “Security Settings” section and enable 2FA, following the step-by-step instructions. After you enable this feature, each time you log in to your account, in addition to your Space ID and password, you will need to enter a temporary code created in Google Authenticator. You do not need to be connected to the Internet to receive the temporary code.

Secret key is used when setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) to connect your account to the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device. When setting up 2FA for the first time, an account connects to the Google Authenticator app by scanning a QR code or entering a secret key available in your account.

When you enable 2FA for your account, you will be offered to save the secret key, which will be displayed in a special field in the “Security Settings” section. If you change or lose your device, this secret key will be required to subsequently connect your account to the Google Authenticator app on each new device.

Keep the secret key in a safe place and do not disclose it to unauthorized persons. In the event that your private key is lost without access to Google Authenticator, you will need to go through the process of disabling 2FA for your account.

Temporary code is a six-digit, one-time verification code that is used to log in to your account with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, or when you turn this feature on or off. The temporary code is generated by the Google Authenticator app and is valid for 30 seconds.

Temporary password is a six-digit set of digits and symbols that the website User receives via SMS or email notification when restoring access to his/her account. The temporary password is valid for 24 hours from the moment of sending, and it must be replaced with a permanent one during this period.

If the Google Authenticator application has been removed from your mobile device, or you do not have access to the device itself, and your private key is lost, you need to go through the process of disabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

To do this, on the homepage of the One Space service, you should click the “Forgot?” hyperlink placed next to the authorization form, after which the page of restoring account access will open. Select the “Disable two-factor authentication (2FA)” option in the window on the right and fill out the form to generate the appropriate request.

Within 24 hours after you make a request to disable 2FA for security reasons, a specialist of the Support Service will contact you to make sure that you are the owner of this account. After providing all the details and disabling 2FA, you will be able to log in to your account using your Space ID and password.

Daily limits are calculated based on your ID Passport category. To increase your daily limit, you should upgrade your ID Passport category. When upgrading your ID Passport category, daily limits are not added up, but recalculated.

Daily limits do NOT apply to transfers between Assetboxes within the same account. Please note that daily limits are calculated without taking into account the service fee when transferring Bitbon units.

The validity period of a daily limit for outgoing transfers of Bitbon digital asset units is determined by the server time. A daily limit begins and ends at 00:00.

If a transfer of Bitbon units is rejected by a recipient, sender, or cancelled by the system after expiration of a protection code within one day, the Bitbon units will be returned to the balance and a limit will be recalculated.
