The First Regional Bitbon System Operator
Dear Bitbon System Users,
As part of the implementation of the Bitbon System[i] Development Roadmap, we have reached a major milestone that will expand the System’s accessibility on a global scale. We are pleased to announce that this highly anticipated step by the Bitbon System Community has been successfully completed.
At the end of June 2025, Alexander Kud, CEO of Simcord, made a business trip to Kazakhstan. During this trip, several major events were held for active Partners, political leaders, and business representatives. These meetings laid the foundation for establishing the organizational and legal infrastructure necessary to support the Bitbon System’s expansion in Kazakhstan. Specifically, preparations were made for launching the activities of the Regional Operator[i] and Network Segment Operators across various cities in Kazakhstan.
We are pleased to announce the outcome of this work: the registration of a company that will become the first-ever Regional Operator of the Bitbon System[i]. The company, named Integration ICN (Integration in Information Communication Network), is located at the following address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Talan Towers Business Center, Dostyk Street 16, 12th floor, office 13. The Integration ICN will serve as a cornerstone of the Bitbon System’s infrastructure[i] in Kazakhstan and represents the first practical implementation of the Regional Operator concept.
The next step for the Regional Operator involves launching full-scale operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its top-priority tasks include:
- Testing the Bitbon System software[i];
- Building a dealer network of Bitbon[i] software providers and signing agency agreements;
- Actively engaging with small and medium-sized businesses;
- Establishing partnerships with financial and technological service providers;
- Collaborating with Network Segment Operators to build out infrastructure in cities across Kazakhstan;
- Securing a leadership role in upgrading market infrastructure mechanisms in line with the key priorities of digital transformation outlined by the President of Kazakhstan, particularly the development of the digital economy and Industry 4.0, human capital enhancement, and people-centered innovation.
The activities of Simcord and Regional Bitbon System Operators align with the concept of Industry 4.0, the new technological paradigm of the global economy. By implementing advanced solutions based on decentralized technologies, we are shaping a new informational and technological landscape aimed at transforming markets of Kazakhstan and beyond. The Bitbon System innovations enable the creation of efficient digital ecosystems that enhance transparency and efficiency of socioeconomic processes.
Once the infrastructure is fully deployed by the Regional Operator, all Users[i] in the Republic of Kazakhstan will be able to fully benefit from the Bitbon System — implementing new ways of building socioeconomic relations and adopting business models based on fundamentally new approaches and trust. As a next-generation information platform, the Bitbon System embodies the concept of a platform-based economy and serves as a powerful tool for upgrading market infrastructure based on decentralized technologies. Companies and entrepreneurs will gain access to innovative services that will allow them to scale their activities and integrate into the global platform-based economy.
We congratulate the Bitbon System Community in Kazakhstan, where the most favorable and comprehensive conditions for the development of the digital economy have been created. These conditions played a key role in our strategic decision to launch the First Regional Bitbon System Operator in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the coming two months, office infrastructure will be deployed, and the official information resources of the Regional Operator will be launched in Kazakhstan (https://integrationicn.com/). These resources will provide official information on the development of the Bitbon System infrastructure in the region. The business community will also be able to submit applications to conclude dealer agreements and deploy infrastructure for Social Network Segment Operators in various regions of Kazakhstan.
Following the project’s roadmap, the Simcord team is actively working in parallel on registering Regional Operators in other countries. As the Bitbon System infrastructure continues to expand worldwide, each new Regional Operator will contribute to building a unified, decentralized global network—enhancing international access to Bitbon System services and functionalities.
